A quiet family run hotel in a village location close to the sea and river estuary. Ideally suited to couples seeking relaxation and to families with young children. Comfortable rooms with en-suite facilities, good restaurant, nice pool and surroundings. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Local bus service nearby giving access along coast and also railway station at Sarzana (frequent trains to Pisa Airport, Viareggio, Lucca etc) so no need to hire car if you don't want to. Also direct access to local ferries to PortoBooked.net, Lerici and Cinque Terra coast. Would definitely recommend to friends seeking similar holiday.

Near to Cinque Terre, nice swimming pool, friendly and helpfull staff, big family room, nice restaurants in the neighbourhood
Breakfast could be better; less sweet cakes and and more choices in bread and/ or sandwich filling like cheese etc.

I recently stayed in a hotel in a peaceful location, just a short walk from fantastic restaurants, the river, and beautiful beaches in Tuscany and Liguria. the room was comfortable, and the service was outstanding. the delicious breakfast and friendly staff added to the charm, and the swimming pool was the cherry on top. It was an excellent choice for my family's vacation.
The air conditioning was not very efficient and caused some noise in the room.

The hotel upgraded immediately when our Air Con didnt work, they were very apologetic. Very good staff at reception, always eager to help. It is located very close tothe beach and we used it as a resting place to visit the Cinque Terre on a day trip. It was a little pricey but it was comfortable

Nice and clean rooms, we had one with two small balconies where we ate dinner, since our little kid was asleep at the time. Great pool and a playground in the backyard.
Location is in the middle of low houses and you have no view other than towards the pool.

The pool area is nice and the breakfast has a decent selection. The location is good, with several restaurants and shops in easy walking distance, and it's a short drive to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering questions and giving advice on local attractions.
The air conditioning in the room was barely working and made a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable, making it frustrating to work in the room.

It's location was perfect for my business trip, meaning I did not have long distance to travel after breakfast.
Although the rooms are clean, it is quite a basic hotel. I would not use the word luxury to describe it.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great--within walking distance of the sea and close to various beaches in Tuscany and Liguria. The hotel facilities, such as the lovely pool, were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was abundant and had options for everyone. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Nothing for us.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the availability of a shuttle bus to nearby towns, which made it easy to explore the area. the pool was also a great amenity and provided a refreshing break from sightseeing.
The air conditioning was inadequate and made it difficulty to sleep at night. the minimal menu options at the restaurant left much to be desired.

Good size room and very clean. Nice outdoor pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast selection, including made-to-order eggs.
A little expensive for what you get. Room was good size and clean, but beds were very basic and mattress fairly cheap/thin.
